Is Dropbox HIPAA compliant?

Dropbox's HIPAA article applies to teams on Standard, Advanced, Enterprise, Education, Business, Business Plus and Dropbox Sign. Team admins can sign a BAA electronically from the Admin Console, a feature Dropbox limits to US-based customers. Dropbox says a BAA must be in place before any PHI is uploaded.
