Is Google Voice HIPAA compliant?

Only on some plans

Google's HIPAA Included Functionality list covers 'Google Voice (managed users only)'. That means Voice provisioned through a Google Workspace account with a signed BAA. Free personal Google Voice accounts are not managed users and are not covered.
