Is Slack HIPAA compliant?

Only on some plans

Slack supports PHI only on Enterprise plans with an executed BAA. Even then, Slack says you may not use it to communicate with patients or plan members, and PHI is allowed only in messages, files, file names and private channel or DM names. Third-party Slack apps are not covered by Slack's BAA.
